I cannot recommend this place enough. I was previously seen at otolaryngology associates in Greenwood and had a horrible experience there. I have been getting chronic ear infections for about 7 years now with no prior history and a doctor at that office dismissed my concerns and gaslit me and stated that I was not really getting ear infections and that it was something with my jaw (even though the ear infections were diagnosed with my primary every time).I finally got into southern Indiana ENT and everyone there was so kind. I saw PA Jordan and she was great. She took the time to truly listen to me and my concerns, and ordered a CT scan to be done same day so that I could finally get some answers. As it turns out based on the CT, I have a deviated septum, sinusitis, and smaller sinuses which were contributing to my ear infections. Im relieved to finally get some answers and have an office that cares!

The question asked about my doctor, but I had a great Nurse Practitioner. I waited quite a while for a CT Scan, but ended up waiting for a new appointment. The appointment wasnt perfect--but it came very close!

Exam felt very rushed. He diagnosed, prescribed some medicine, set next appointment n was gone. No time to think n answer questions. I have several pertinent unanswered questions.
