Jessi Grostefon is a board-certified Physician Assistant with eight years of focused experience in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, complemented by a background in aesthetic plastic surgery. She cares for patients of all ages across the full spectrum of ENT conditions, from chronic sinus and allergy concerns to hearing issues, sleep disorders, voice and swallowing complaints, and head and neck pathology.

Her clinical expertise includes a wide range of in-office procedures such as nasopharyngoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, myringotomy and tympanostomy tube placement, ear cleanings under microscopy, oral and skin biopsies, and abscess aspiration. She is also experienced in first assisting on ENT and head and neck surgical cases, and in managing sleep-disordered breathing through mask fittings and CPAP programming.

Jessi earned both her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Butler University in Indianapolis, graduating Cum Laude with departmental honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Butler, completed in three years with a pre-medicine emphasis.

Beyond clinical practice, Jessi is deeply committed to global health and community service. She has participated in medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia, caring for patients in resource-limited settings and first-assisting in surgery. She maintains fluency in Spanish to better serve diverse patient populations and actively pursues continuing education through ENT-specific conferences and ongoing CME.

Having navigated her own prolonged recovery from long-COVID, Jessi brings a heightened sense of empathy and whole-person attentiveness to every patient encounter. She is known for her thorough, compassionate approach, her dedication to patient education, and her ability to connect meaningfully with patients and families.
